Hello
Ally Ruiz
Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, CrossFit Trainer, Group Fitness Coach, Strength Professional
About Me
Coach Ally is an NCSF-certified personal trainer, Precision Nutrition Level 1 coach, CrossFit Online Level 1 Trainer, group fitness coach & strength professional.
Coach Ally moved to Park City in November of 2023 & is excited to explore the outdoors. She is excited to help her clients get stronger for outdoor activities or activities they enjoy doing + get advice from her clients on things she should do and see!
She has been in the fitness industry for 10 years. She’s had personal trainers her whole life, and each one has made a significant impact and transformed her life. She decided she wanted to make the same impact on her clients' lives.
Ally played sports in high school and stayed active in college, taking group fitness classes such as HITT, Spin, and CrossFit, but she decided to try strength training once and for all. This made significant changes in her body, her mental health, and her strength to get through the day.
She has experience teaching group fitness classes and providing an upbeat and inspiring workout. While she loves coaching group fitness classes, her passion lies in helping men and women build strength to truly see body composition changes.
Ally has helped her clients go from doing tons of cardio and binge eating on the weekends to understanding the importance of fueling their bodies with the right nutrients, lifting weights, feeling strong and confident in their skin, and ditching negative mindsets once and for all.
