At Resilience, A Private Gym, we believe strength training should be both effective and approachable—whether you’re brand new to lifting or refining advanced technique. That’s why we’re excited to introduce our new Barbell Club, now meeting twice weekly.
What Is Barbell Club?
Barbell Club is a structured, coach-led strength session focused on foundational barbell movements like squats, deadlifts, presses, and more. Each session is designed to help you build strength, improve technique, and train with purpose in a supportive, small-group environment.
When & How to Join
- Tuesdays & Thursdays
- 5:30 PM
- Free for all Resilience members
Not a member yet? You’re still welcome to experience it:
- First visit is free for guests (waiver required)
- After that, guests can join with a day pass or membership

Whether you’ve never touched a barbell or you’re experienced under the rack, Barbell Club is designed for you. Every workout is scaled to your individual level, so you’ll feel challenged—but never out of place.
