What Is Barbell Club?

Barbell Club at Resilience, A Private Gym is a small-group strength training session focused on the fundamentals that actually drive results—squats, deadlifts, presses, and more.

Each session is coach-led and intentionally programmed to help you improve technique, build strength, and train with purpose in a focused, private environment.

No guesswork. No overcrowding. Just effective training.

  • Tuesdays & Thursdays
  • 5:30 PM
  • Free for members
  • First session free for local guests (waiver required)

After your first visit, guests can continue with a day pass or membership.
